COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (GRANDMA'S RECIPE):
1) place a flat pan on medium-high fire and cover the bottom with a layer of olive/canola/coconut oil
2) place a small bowl next to your cook top and add:
3) 2 table spoons of mix
4) 1 tablespoon of olive/canola/coconut oil
5) 1/2 cup of water
6) stir until all the mix is dissolved into batter
7) drop the batter into the pan with a tea spoon. The oil will keep it from spreading
8) 1 teaspoon=1 blini
